You will own test strategy across the platform, individual AI Co-Workers, and customer integration environments. You will work across all three engineering layers — Customer Services, Platform, and SRE — and be expected to bring both automation depth and strategic thinking to everything you ship.

The Opportunity

At FSAI, QA sits at the centre of delivery. You will be working across complex AI systems, integrations, and enterprise environments where the bar for quality is high and the pace is fast. You will own test strategy across the platform, individual AI Co-Workers, and customer integration environments. You will work across all three engineering layers — Customer Services, Platform, and SRE — and be expected to bring both automation depth and strategic thinking to everything you ship.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own test strategy across the full delivery lifecycle — from requirements through to post-production monitoring
• Build and maintain automated test suites across unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance layers
• Test APIs and service integrations directly, not just through the UI
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure failures are actionable and owned
• Manage test data thoughtfully, including anonymisation and compliance requirements in regulated environments
• Contribute to quality across multiple customer environments without creating per-customer maintenance burden
• Raise the bar on security testing and performance testing as first-class concerns

What We are looking for 

• Proven QA or test engineering background with ownership of test outcomes
• Strong test automation skills — writing test code in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or C#
• Hands-on experience with test frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, pytest, Jest, or similar
• API testing experience using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or custom HTTP clients
• CI/CD integration — tests running automatically in pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
• 5+ years of relevant QA experience
• Experience across multiple test types — unit, integration, end-to-end, performance
• Performance and load testing using k6, JMeter, Gatling, or equivalent
• Test strategy and leadership experience — defining what to test, not just executing
• Cloud environment familiarity across AWS, Azure, or GCP

Nice to have 

• Experience testing AI, ML, or non-deterministic systems
• Security testing knowledge — SAST, DAST, OWASP
• ISTQB or equivalent certification
