Senior Product Manager- Map/Re-Use

Austin, TX

About the Company

At Future Secure AI, we're building something genuinely new — and we're looking for people bold enough to build it with us. We work at the frontier of AI, tackling big, real-world problems for global enterprises across multiple industries, armed with state-of-the-art technology and a culture that prizes courage, rigor, and relentless curiosity. Our BRAVER values aren't just words on a wall — they describe the kind of people we are and the standard we hold ourselves to every day. Our leadership team is entrepreneurial, experienced, and accessible, with an open-door policy that means you'll never be just a number here. We invest seriously in your growth because we know our success depends on yours. If you're ready to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, push into uncharted territory, and do work that genuinely matters, Future Secure AI is the place for you.

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own Reuse at FutureSecure AI. Reuse is what makes it faster, more consistent, and more scalable to build AI-connected workflows through a growing catalog of reusable capabilities (OCR, RAG, triggers, integrations, and more) and a clear build philosophy that governs how those capabilities are created, adopted, and evolved. This is a technical, foundational PM role: you will write the principles that govern how FSAI builds AI Co-Workers on our platform, own the roadmap for what enters the reusable capability catalogue, and work with Platform Engineering, Delivery, and Data Science to ensure every capability in the catalogue is trusted, well-documented, and genuinely used, not just available.

Every time a delivery team builds a capability from scratch because a reusable one doesn't exist or isn't trusted, FSAI loses time, consistency, and margin. Reuse exists to prevent that, making delivery faster, more consistent, and harder to replace. This role is the engine behind our delivery velocity and a meaningful contributor to the platform's stickiness as a competitive advantage. The build philosophy you write becomes the standard others work to, an unusual level of influence for an individual contributor role. This is a senior/lead-level individual contributor position reporting to the Head of Product — Delivery and Internal.

Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain FutureSecure AI's build philosophy: the principles and standards that govern how AI-connected workflows should be constructed on our platform
  • Define the criteria for when a capability becomes a reusable component versus a bespoke implementation for a specific customer
  • Ensure the build philosophy is clear, actionable, and actively used, not a document that lives in a folder, reviewing and evolving it as the platform matures
  • Work with Platform Engineering and Delivery to validate that the philosophy reflects technical reality and is practical to follow
  • Own the Reuse roadmap: what capabilities enter the catalogue, in what priority order, and on what basis
  • Define and enforce the standards for what makes a capability catalogue-ready (e.g., quality bar, documentation requirements, test coverage, and adoption guidance)
  • Work with Platform Engineering to scope, specify, and ship new reusable capabilities from requirements through to delivery team adoption
  • Maintain the catalogue as a living product: deprecating outdated patterns, versioning evolving capabilities, and improving based on usage feedback
  • Track adoption of catalogue capabilities, identifying where delivery teams are using the catalogue versus bypassing it, and address both
  • Ensure every capability in the reuse catalogue is properly documented for delivery teams using it in customer engagements
  • Work with Product Ops and GTM Enablement to surface catalogue capabilities to the right people at the right time
  • Create or commission adoption guidance and worked examples so capabilities are used correctly, consistently, and at the right level of quality

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management in a B2B technology environment
  • Strong technical literacy, comfortable discussing APIs, data pipelines, ML model integration, integration patterns, and platform architecture with engineering teams
  • Experience owning platform, API, or technically-facing products where the end users are builders rather than consumers
  • Strong written communication skills; you will write standards, philosophy documents, and capability specifications that others build to, so precision matters
  • Experience defining product requirements for technical capabilities, working directly with engineering to scope and deliver
  • Able to work with high autonomy and ambiguity, drive to clarity, and maintain quality without close direction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in AI, ML, or data product management with working familiarity with RAG architectures, OCR processing, document intelligence, embedding pipelines, or similar
  • Experience with integration platforms, API marketplaces, or reusable component libraries as a PM
  • Experience defining standards, frameworks, or architectural guidelines that other engineering teams then build to
  • Understanding of enterprise workflow software, automation platforms, or low-code/no-code build environments
  • Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment where the catalogue or platform is still being established

Why Join Us?

  • A high-performance culture
  • State-of-the-art technology
  • Experience world-class leadership
  • Scale of impact and purpose
  • A competitive salary and a huge growth trajectory
  • Work with the best in the industry
  • Flexible work environment
  • Diversity and creativity

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
