About the Role

We are hiring an exceptional AI Build Lead to serve as the voice of the customer and own end-to-end delivery of complex AI projects from scoping through post-delivery, ensuring high-impact results are delivered on time and on spec. Working closely with engineers, data scientists, and quality specialists, this role is for someone who thrives in a cross-functional team delivery environment. You will be accountable for the use case delivery vision, bring clarity to teams on project ROI, and drive customer alignment across a rapidly growing AI delivery organization.

This role is ideal for an AI product expert who combines deep product management, technical fluency, project excellence, and agile execution depth. You will partner closely with our Engagement Leads and team leadership to build high-quality use cases and ensure our customers are confident in and delighted by our results.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of accountability for project delivery, owning the specifications, design, and delivery outcomes across the full lifecycle
  • Map end-to-end customer journeys, define and scope Use Cases, manage scope change, and drive customer alignment throughout
  • Own the as-is process documentation during initial discovery and lead scoping workshops, translating customer needs into a well-defined AI solution design
  • Act as an early warning system for delivery risks, surfacing major scope deviations and material budget impacts
  • Conduct detailed analysis of data, processes, and workflows to support decision-making and risk management
  • Partner closely with Engineering on project design, non-functional requirements, API discovery, feasibility, and AI product readiness
  • Lead all agile ceremonies and sprint activities, including writing and validating user stories, tracking scope, and removing blockers that slow the team down
  • Plan and facilitate lo-fi demos at each milestone and manage customer expectations to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Coordinate UAT end-to-end: facilitate the UAT kick-off, schedule review sessions, triage feedback, and own the Go/No Go decision with the customer
  • Work across a portfolio of complex and often ambiguous use cases in varying industries, contributing to new emerging AI projects
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing lead during the build, running weekly status cadences
  • Partner closely with Engagement Leads to translate customer requirements into a use case execution project plan and roadmap
  • Support Engagement Leads by providing use case level context and completion status
  • Join customer meetings to validate requirements and address concerns constructively, ensuring transparency in communication

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Consultant, Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a delivery-focused role in a technology or AI environment
  • Working understanding of APIs and data schemas, with the ability to engage credibly with technical counterparts and assess downstream implications for the build
  • Ability to understand and represent data models to enable mock data creation
  • Deep knowledge of agile delivery practices with a strong track record of running sprint ceremonies and managing backlogs end-to-end
  • Proven ability to serve as the primary customer liaison on complex projects, building trust, managing expectations, and maintaining clear communication throughout delivery
  • Extensive experience facilitating requirement and scoping workshops with multiple stakeholders, including drafting templates, mappings, and process documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate UAT, including scenario validation, session scheduling, feedback triage, and production-readiness planning
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and a feasible AI solution approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft status updates and present compelling demos to customer stakeholders
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-accountability environments where delivery outcomes are directly tied to customer ROI
  • Proficiency in business analysis and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Someone who enjoys fast results, continuous improvement, and being part of something scaling quickly
  • Confident in front of customers, especially when things get tough, and able to reset direction gracefully

Why Join Us?

  • A high-performance culture
  • State-of-the-art technology
  • Experience world-class leadership
  • Scale of impact and purpose
  • A competitive salary and a huge growth trajectory
  • Work with the best in the industry

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
