Head of Product: Delivery & Internal

Austin, TX

About the Company

At Future Secure AI, we're building something genuinely new — and we're looking for people bold enough to build it with us. We work at the frontier of AI, tackling big, real-world problems for global enterprises across multiple industries, armed with state-of-the-art technology and a culture that prizes courage, rigor, and relentless curiosity. Our BRAVER values aren't just words on a wall — they describe the kind of people we are and the standard we hold ourselves to every day. Our leadership team is entrepreneurial, experienced, and accessible, with an open-door policy that means you'll never be just a number here. We invest seriously in your growth because we know our success depends on yours. If you're ready to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, push into uncharted territory, and do work that genuinely matters, Future Secure AI is the place for you.

About the Role

We are hiring a Head of Product to own the delivery and internal product surface at FutureSecure AI. Your domain is the machinery that makes it fast, consistent, and scalable to build, configure, and deploy AI workflows on our platform, both for our own delivery teams. You will own our internal build philosophy and the reusable assets that sit underneath delivery velocity. This role sits at the intersection of platform engineering and delivery, and the product decisions you make here compound across every customer engagement we run.

Atlas competes on Speed: the time it takes a customer to go from kickoff to a working AI-connected workflow. Your product surface is the engine room of that Speed. When Reuse is well-designed, delivery teams compose from a trusted catalogue of capabilities (e.g., OCR, RAG, triggers, integrations) rather than building bespoke for every engagement. When AI Builds AI is well-defined, delivery velocity compounds. The product surfaces you own directly determine how fast FSAI can deliver value to enterprise customers, how consistent that delivery is, and how deep our architectural lock-in grows over time. This is a people-manager role reporting to the CPO, with direct reports including the Senior PM for MAP Reuse.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for AI Builds AI, Reuse, and internal productivity tools, and define the strategy for making delivery faster, more consistent, and more scalable across every customer engagement
  • Balance investment between expanding capability coverage and deepening the quality and adoption of what already exists
  • Translate the Atlas platform strategy into a coherent delivery-surface roadmap that the business can execute against
  • Define what it means to accelerate the build process and how AI assists the construction of AI-connected workflows, owning the product vision and roadmap for AI-assisted workflow construction, configuration, and testing
  • Identify where AI Builds AI creates compounding returns versus where it adds noise, and prioritize accordingly
  • Own the vision for Atlas's reusable capability library at a leadership level, setting direction, standards, and growth criteria
  • Lead and support the SR PM MAP Reuse in defining and maintaining the build philosophy and catalogue roadmap
  • Set the organizational standard for when a capability becomes a reusable component versus a bespoke build, and ensure the catalogue (OCR, RAG, triggers, integrations, and future capabilities) grows with quality, documentation, and adoption, not just volume
  • Lead the team, providing clear direction, regular feedback, and genuine development support
  • Recruit additional PMs into this sub-function as the delivery and internal surface expands
  • Build product craft within the team (e.g., raise the quality of requirements, roadmap thinking, and stakeholder communication) and partner with the CPO to define what this product sub-function looks like at scale
  • Own the product surfaces used by FSAI internally, ensuring internal tooling decisions are principled and governed rather than reactive and fragmented
  • Work closely with Platform Engineering, Delivery, Design, GTM, and Customer Success to ensure delivery teams have what they need

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a product leadership role managing other PMs
  • Experience owning platform, developer tooling, or internal-facing products in a B2B technology environment
  • Strong technical literacy, able to have credible conversations with engineers about APIs, integrations, ML capabilities, and architectural trade-offs without needing everything translated
  • Track record of defining product strategy and roadmap from first principles in environments where not everything is defined
  • Experience with AI, automation, or enterprise workflow platform products
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment where the product is still maturing and decisions require judgment as much as data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with reusable component platforms, API marketplaces, integration layers, or developer-facing capability catalogs
  • Background in delivery-side product, understanding what implementation and delivery teams need to ship complex technical products to enterprise customers at pace
  • Familiarity with AI-native capabilities such as RAG, OCR, or document processing at a product level sufficient to make principled roadmap and quality decisions
  • Experience building a product sub-function from early stages in a scale-up environment

Why Join Us?

  • A high-performance culture
  • State-of-the-art technology
  • Experience world-class leadership
  • Scale of impact and purpose
  • A competitive salary and a huge growth trajectory
  • Work with the best in the industry
  • Flexible work environment
  • Diversity and creativity

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
