We are building AI Co-Workers for enterprise clients in health, services and infrastructure. Not prototypes. Not demos. Production-grade AI that replaces real workflows.

We are looking for an Associate to join our delivery team. If you are four years into consulting and ready to work on something genuinely new, keep reading.

The Role

You will work alongside an Engagement Lead and a Delivery Squad to take AI use cases from discovery to live deployment. You keep engagements on track. You produce materials that hold up. You build trusted relationships with client stakeholders. You are the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a customer-facing, execution-focused role. You will manage multiple engagements in parallel and grow quickly.

What You Will Do

• Support discovery and scoping — requirements, benefit models, use case charters
• Prepare and maintain delivery artifacts that meet FSAI and client standards
• Manage stakeholder communications, governance, meeting preparation and action tracking
• Attend daily stand-ups and capture technical decisions that affect timelines and requirements
• Support business development preparation for new and existing customers
• Build lasting relationships with client teams under the guidance of the Engagement Lead

What We Need

• Around four years in consulting, BA, or enterprise technology delivery
• Strong written communication — you produce clear, structured materials without being edited down
• Excel proficiency for financial and benefit modelling
• Comfortable in client rooms and comfortable with ambiguity
• Claude fluency — you use it daily and can show us how
• Degree in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
