GTM & Launch Manager - Consumer & Retail Products
Who is Quantium?
Quantium is a world leader in data science and artificial intelligence. Established in Australia in 2002, Quantium is a global team of more than 1,200 people across 14 locations with a unique blend of capabilities across product and consulting services to help businesses unlock value from data and analytics. Quantium partners with the world's largest corporations to forge a better, more intelligent world.
About the role
We are looking for a GTM & Launch Manager to join our Product Enablement team in Sydney. This is a newly shaped role, purpose-built to bring rigour, coordination and strategic thinking to how we take product changes and new features to market across Quantium's suite of retail analytics products — including our flagship Q.Checkout platform. You will be the central gatekeeper for all product launches and release communications, ensuring that every change — from major feature releases to regulatory-driven product updates — is coordinated, tested, communicated and landed successfully. Our products operate across multiple markets including Australia, the UK and the US, and this role spans all of them. You will work closely with product managers, the consumer marketing team, client success, sales and technical teams across these geographies to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Given the global nature of the role, you will occasionally need to be available outside of standard Sydney business hours to connect with stakeholders in the UK and US. We are flexible about how this is managed and it will not be an everyday occurrence — but it is worth knowing upfront that some schedule flexibility is part of what makes this role work.
How will you make an impact?
- Launch coordination: Own and manage the end-to-end go-to-market process for product releases — from readiness checks and stakeholder alignment, to launch sequencing and post-release communication
- Release communication: Translate complex product and data changes into clear, plain-language communications for internal teams and external users, ensuring clients are informed in a timely and structured way
- Calendar management: Maintain a consolidated go-to-market calendar that sequences releases across multiple products and markets, preventing clashes and protecting the user experience
- Stakeholder management: Act as the bridge between product, commercial, client success and marketing teams — coordinating competing priorities and building trusted relationships across the business and across geographies
- Process improvement: Identify and embed best-practice launch processes to reduce last-minute surprises, increase release quality and drive a more consistent experience for clients
The superpowers you will be bringing to the team
- Coordination and delivery: Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder product launches or release programmes, with strong attention to detail and the ability to keep complex moving parts aligned
- Communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical product changes into clear, client-ready messaging
- Stakeholder influence: Confidence to engage, challenge and align stakeholders across different teams and seniority levels — including those outside your direct reporting line and across different time zones
- Commercial awareness: Understanding of product and release dynamics in a fast-moving environment, with the ability to balance competing priorities and make sound judgement calls
- Agile mindset: Familiarity with agile delivery environments and product development lifecycles; experience in delivery management or project coordination is highly regarded
- Industry knowledge: Background in retail, FMCG or a multi-product SaaS environment is a bonus — but what matters most is your ability to learn quickly and navigate complexity Remember — you might not tick every box, but don't let that stop you from applying. We are more interested in how you work, your ability to bring people together and your drive to make things happen.
