Client Operations Coordinator (12 month MTC)

As part of our wiqConsumer team, Scan delivers advanced analytics solutions to FMCG and retail clients. We've created the Scan team because first impressions matter and we need you to join us to ensure the smooth running of all our FMCG clients. This role is accountable for taking responsibility to bridge the gap between winning a deal and delivering to our clients, ensuring a seamless experience and securing revenue as agreed.
How will you make an impact?

Respond to client requests and provide accurate quotes for data entitlements or contract variations

Manage the complete contract process from drafting to execution, ensuring timely delivery to Scan clients

Coordinate client information delivery to Product teams for appropriate access and services

Establish and continuously improve administration and system processes for the Scan team

Deliver coordination support including commercial pipeline reports and CRM management
The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:

Administration experience: Previous administration experience with understanding of general finance processes

Technical proficiency: Working experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP) and Word, with CRM management experience in Salesforce/HubSpot desirable

Detail focused: Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Stakeholder management: Experience working with conflicting timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders

Process driven: A passion for working to and improving processes, with strong time management and prioritisation skills
