Quantitative Developer (Data)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ETL pipelines for processing and delivering large-scale data
• Build and maintain data QC systems and monitoring tools to ensure data integrity in both production and research environments
• Collaborate with research and technology teams to integrate new datasets
• Develop frameworks for systematic back-testing and signal analysis of quantitative trading strategies
• Create advanced analytics tools and dashboards for comprehensive portfolio risk analysis and performance attribution
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of container orchestration environments

Required Technical Qualification, Skills, and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and data processing packages: Pandas, Polars, NumPy, etc
• Proficiency in MySQL, MongoDB, Clickhouse, and other popular database products
• Proficient in backend data storage technologies, multi-processing / multi-threading programming
• Experience in parallel computing, distributed systems, and Cloud services such as AWS
• Product knowledge in equities, derivatives, fixed income, and other asset classes
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to operate independently as well as part of a team
