Finance Manager (Accounts Payable)

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accurate cost allocation and performing callback verifications of bank details
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations
• Oversee the financial framework of daily accounting activities, including payment processing, bank account maintenance
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and the month-end closing process
• Verify the accuracy of business expenses, including market data and external vendors
• Review all monthly accounting activities, including month-end closing, account reconciliations, allocations schedules, and intercompany transactions
• Liaise with internal and external parties for annual audits and tax return matters

Required Qualification, Skills, and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to operate independently as well as part of a team
