Webflow Developer

Remote

About the Role

We are running two of the world’s most demanding tech events—TOKEN2049 (the premier crypto conference) and SuperAI (the definitive AI summit). We are looking a Webflow Developer who can make immediate changes to live sites, is on standby reasonably (no 6-hour lag times), and treats team collaboration as seriously as code quality.

If you prefer solo "dark mode" development—this isn't for you.

What You’ll Own

  • Immediate execution: Push live changes to TOKEN2049 & SuperAI Webflow sites within minutes/hours of request (not days).
  • On-standby availability: Be reasonably reachable during agreed peak hours—expect rapid responses for high-priority event updates (speaker drops, schedule changes, ticket bar status).
  • Cross-event synergy: Maintain consistent component libraries between both event properties.
  • Zero-downtime deploys: Manage Webflow hosting, custom code injections, form integrations (ticketing/sponsors), and third-party embeds (calendar, maps, livestream).
  • QA under pressure: Test across devices/regions before every live push.

Must-Haves

  • Webflow expert: 2+ years deep Webflow experience (CMS Collections, Logic, Memberships, custom attributes, finsweet attributes).
  • Immediate change-ready: Your workflow is built for speed—no "I'll look at it tomorrow."
  • Standby sensibly: You communicate clear hours and honor them.
  • Team player mindset: You’ll work directly with marketing, product, ops, and C-level. You ask for context, offer solutions.
  • Async-native collaborator: You document your changes clearly, leave helpful context in threads, JIRA comments, and keep teammates unblocked without needing a live call
  • Willing to teach & share: You're happy to walk teammates through what you built, write a quick explanation in Slack, or create a short Loom. Treat knowledge-sharing as part of the job.
  • Code-injection capable: HTML/CSS/JS snippets, custom form handlers, Zapier/Make webhooks.
  • Performance obsessed: 90+ PageSpeed Score on heavy event pages.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with high-traffic event landing pages (crypto/AI/tech summits).
  • Familiarity with Webflow + HubSpot/Mailchimp/Salesforce integration.
  • Basic Figma ability to interpret rapid design changes.

How We Work

  • Slack-first: You reply within 30 mins during agreed standby windows.
  • No silent rollbacks: Every change is communicated on the team thread.
  • You proactively flag risks: "If we add this animation, the schedule widget might break on mobile. Let's test first."
  • You share what you know: If a teammate asks how something works, you explain it. If the same question comes up twice, you document it. The team gets smarter together.
  • Async is a first-class citizen: We don't expect real-time availability around the clock—but we do expect clear written updates, well-described changes, and enough context that the next person isn't left guessing.

Why Join This Role

  • Directly shape the digital face of two leading global tech events
  • Work with a high-speed, high-autonomy team.
  • Immediate start. Clear scope. No bureaucracy

Location: Fully remote
