Supply Chain Analyst

We're growing our Americas team and looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst who can turn complex data into clear insights, compelling visualizations and better business decisions.

The role

You'll work alongside supply chain experts and clients on projects spanning supply chain strategy, network design, freight & logistics, inventory and operational improvement.

You'll be responsible for:

• Building sophisticated Power BI dashboards and analytical models that influence business decisions.
• Analysing complex supply chain data to identify risks, opportunities and operational improvements.
• Supporting supply chain modelling, scenario analysis and the development of commercially compelling recommendations.
• Preparing clear, engaging client presentations and reports.
• Collaborating with consultants, project managers and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Improving TMX's analytical tools, reporting and data-driven methodologies.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, business intelligence or data analytics. This is not a graduate or entry-level role.
• Strong, demonstrable Power BI experience, including data modelling, DAX and dashboard development.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and analytical modelling.
• Experience working with complex datasets and translating analysis into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong commercial awareness, problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive, curious approach and the ability to work independently in a remote, consulting environment.

You'll stand out if you have: Supply chain consulting experience, SQL or Python skills, or experience in network design, logistics, inventory optimisation or supply chain modelling.
