Director - Supply Chain

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead the delivery of supply chain and business transformation projects for clients across a range of industries.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges and deliver practical outcomes.
• Manage project delivery, commercial performance and client relationships.
• Support the development of business cases, strategic recommendations and transformation roadmaps.
• Contribute to business development activities, proposals and client growth opportunities.
• Coach and mentor consultants, helping to build capability across the team.

What You Bring

• Experience within a consulting environment, ideally delivering supply chain, operations or business transformation projects.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams or projects, managing stakeholders, timelines and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, operations, logistics or related business functions.
• Experience supporting transformational change, process improvement and operational optimisation initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, supply chain, logistics or a related discipline.

• Supporting and developing junior team members while helping strengthen the broader consulting practice.
