Section Waiter & Runners | Greca

Greca is our riverside Greek taverna at Howard Smith Wharves — big shared tables, local produce, and the unmistakable hum of a full room under the Story Bridge. We're growing our front-of-house team and looking for experienced Section Waiters and Food Runners to join us on a casual basis.

Section Waiter

You'll run your own section and set the pace of the room. Taking orders, guiding guests through the menu, reading the table before they've asked for anything. You'll bring at least 1–2 years' experience as a section waiter in a high-volume or premium casual venue, a sharp memory, and a calm, confident presence even when it's flat out.

Food Runner

You're the link between the kitchen and the floor. You'll deliver every dish knowing exactly what's on the plate and where it's going, keep service moving, and support the waiters when the room fills up. Hospitality experience helps, but pace, care, and a cool head matter more. It's a great way into the group if you're looking to build a career in hospitality.
