About the Role

We are looking for a Head of People to lead talent growth and help shape the organization behind TOKEN2049 and SuperAI.

This is a highly execution-focused people leadership role with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent acquisition, while also overseeing scalable people operations, employee experience, and culture.

As both businesses continue to grow globally, hiring exceptional talent will be one of the most important drivers of success. You will partner closely with founders and business leaders to attract world-class talent across events, marketing, partnerships, operations, production, and corporate functions. At the same time, you will help build the people infrastructure needed to support a high-performing and engaged team.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong recruiting execution with strategic people thinking, and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Own and lead end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions and geographies.
  • Develop hiring strategies aligned with business growth plans and organizational priorities.
  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define talent needs, role scope, and hiring criteria.
  • Personally source and engage high-caliber candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Drive interview process design, candidate assessment, offer management, and closing strategies.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the employer brand.
  • Advise leadership on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring competitiveness.

People Operations

  • Support onboarding processes to ensure strong employee integration and early success.
  • Help build scalable HR processes, workflows, and policies across Hong Kong, Singapore, and remote teams.
  • Partner on employee engagement, retention, and team experience initiatives.
  • Support performance management and organizational development where needed.
  • Ensure operational excellence across people-related administration and employee lifecycle processes.

Employer Branding & Culture

  • Strengthen the employer brand of TOKEN2049 and SuperAI within the AI, crypto, tech, and startup ecosystems.
  • Help communicate company mission, values, and culture to attract aligned talent.
  • Contribute to building a high-performance, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team culture.
  • Hire for both excellence and culture add, ensuring long-term organizational fit.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience across talent acquisition, recruitment, or people functions.
  • Strong preference for candidates with significant recruiting expertise, either:
    • In-house within fintech, AI, technology, startup, or high-growth companies
    • From top-tier recruitment/search firms with strong hiring ownership
  • Proven track record hiring across commercial, operational, and business-critical roles.
  • Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking.
  • Strong sourcing, assessment, and candidate closing skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving environments with ambiguity.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly resourceful.
