About the Role
SuperAI is Asia’s largest AI event and one of the fastest-growing AI platforms globally, bringing together leading companies, founders, executives, investors and builders across artificial intelligence and frontier technologies.

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join our commercial team. This is a revenue-focused role, responsible for identifying, pitching and closing sponsorship and partnership opportunities for SuperAI.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, an existing industry network across AI and technology, and a strong commercial drive. You should be highly organised, confident in front of clients, and comfortable building pipeline, managing senior relationships, and closing opportunities in a fast-moving environment where execution matters.

A strong interest in AI and frontier technology is important. Existing relationships across AI, enterprise technology, cloud, software, data, robotics, infrastructure or venture capital are a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new sponsorship and partnership opportunities across AI and technology.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective sponsors and partners, from initial outreach through to close.
  • Lead sales conversations with founders, executives, marketing teams and business leaders.
  • Understand client objectives and align them with relevant sponsorship, exhibition, branding and activation opportunities.
  • Manage existing sponsor relationships and identify opportunities for renewal and expansion.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, finance and legal to ensure successful execution of commercial partnerships.
  • Stay close to industry trends, market developments and key companies across AI, enterprise technology, cloud, data, robotics and software.
  • Take ownership of commercial targets and contribute directly to the growth of SuperAI.


Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, partnerships or sponsorship sales.
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to close.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised, structured and able to manage multiple opportunities at once.
  • High agency, ambitious, driven, accountable and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong interest in AI and technology.
  • Existing network across AI, enterprise technology, SaaS, cloud, data, robotics, infrastructure or venture capital is advantageous.
  • Experience selling sponsorships, events, media, SaaS or B2B
