Role- Intern- Employee Engagement

At Sirion, people are at the heart of innovation. As an Employee Engagement Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture by driving initiatives that foster connection, belonging, and engagement across teams.
Your work will directly influence how employees experience Sirion — empowering them to collaborate, grow, and thrive in an environment that celebrates creativity, diversity, and continuous learning. You’ll combine data insights, creative strategy, and strong communication to deliver programs that enhance morale, strengthen engagement, and amplify our shared purpose.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design & Deliver Engagement Programs: Develop and implement innovative initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and team spirit.
- Build Digital Connection: Utilize internal communication channels and social media platforms to increase visibility and participation in engagement initiatives.
- Plan Memorable Experiences: Organize engaging in-person and virtual events that align with Sirion’s values and business goals.
- Measure & Improve Impact: Conduct employee surveys, analyze engagement data, and provide actionable insights for leadership to continuously enhance programs.
- Champion Employee Voice: Proactively identify and address employee concerns to support a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.
- Leverage Data: Manage engagement metrics, analyze trends, and present data-driven recommendations through insightful reports and dashboards.
- Communicate with Impact: Create visually compelling presentations and reports in Excel and PowerPoint to highlight strategies, progress, and success stories.
Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table
Experience:
- 0-1 year of proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or marketing roles.
Core Expertise:
- Strong understanding of engagement drivers, employee communication, and cultural development initiatives.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative engagement programs.
- Proficiency in data management, Excel, and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Soft Skills:
- Energetic, creative, and people-focused mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking to drive measurable impact.
