Power the Future of SaaS Delivery & Why This Role Matters

We are looking for an Implementation Analyst to join our Presales Demo Services team. You will work closely with Solution Consulting teams to understand business requirements, configure Sirion solutions, and prepare demo environments for prospective customers. This role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise SaaS, CLM, AI, APIs, integrations, automation, and system configuration while working closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Configure and prepare Sirion demo environments based on customer requirements and business use cases.
• Support no-code configuration, workflow setup, and functional validation to ensure high-quality demos.
• Work closely with Solution Consulting and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, resolve issues, and deliver on timelines.
• Participate in client calls, capture requirements, and follow up on action items and dependencies.
• Create and maintain reusable demo configurations, documentation, SOPs, and knowledge assets.
• Continuously build knowledge of Sirion’s CLM platform, AI capabilities, APIs, integrations, and automation.
• Manage multiple requests in a fast-paced Presales environment while proactively communicating risks and dependencies.

Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, BCA, MCA, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS applications, workflow/configuration platforms, APIs, automation tools, or AI technologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CLM, procurement, legal technology, or enterprise business processes is a plus.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise-grade, AI-native CLM platform.
• Exposure to real-world customer requirements and complex enterprise solution scenarios.
• Experience across product configuration, APIs, integrations, automation, and AI capabilities.
• Opportunity to work closely with Presales, Solution Consulting, Product, and Engineering teams.
