The Role:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a large construction project
- Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain momentum and ensure daily site operations run smoothly
- Champion safety, quality, and performance across all site teams and subcontractors
- Contribute to design reviews, site-specific planning, and construction programming
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects
- Relevant trade or construction qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Committed to delivering high-quality outcomes safely and efficiently
