The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team

  • 2+ years' experience within a retail or consumer business in buying, category management or sales, or in an analytics consulting role
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience analysing consumer data, including customer, transaction or sales data, translating it into clear, actionable insights
  • Confident working with stakeholders both internally and externally, with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to distil complex information into strategies that land with clients
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for value creation in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment

Remember, you might not tick all the boxes, but don't let that stop you from applying. We're more interested in how you work, your ability to solve problems and think big.

What could your Quantium experience look like?

Working at Quantium will allow you to challenge your imagination. You will get to solve complex problems using rigour, precision and by asking great questions, but it also means you can think big, outside the box and push your problem-solving skills to the max.
