How will you make an impact?

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business priorities
  • Provide first-point HR advisory to Leaders (EM level and below) on performance management, organizational design, talent development, and building diverse, inclusive high-performing teams
  • Coach and build leader capability for effective people management across the employee lifecycle
  • Support workplace investigations and manage complex employee relations issues
  • Drive seamless people experiences by partnering across Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and other P&C teams
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancing the employee experience
  • Plan and deliver Quantium's signature people processes including performance cycles, goal-setting, career development and promotions
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness
  • Continuously improve HR processes through automation and standardization to increase efficiency
  • Create and deliver training/guidance materials to build people leader capability
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all performance management, promotion, and review processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices, applying them appropriately
  • Support the implementation of engagement initiatives and action plans based on employee feedback
  • Co-create strategic P&C initiatives and lead development of streamlined HR processes and tools.
  • Champion the integration of AI into HR practices to enhance efficiency, personalization, and data-driven decision making. Identify and implement AI-powered HR solutions to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

 

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:

Core Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (Tech, Consulting, FMCG, etc.)
  • MBA (Preferred) / Graduation degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Strong business consulting and HR acumen with ability to translate business needs into effective people solutions
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed, dynamic environment
  • Experience with change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide insights
  • Knowledge of Indian employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Enhanced the HR Analytics & Insights technical capability to mention leveraging AI tools
  • Understanding of AI applications in HR and their potential to transform people practices
