Set and own the strategic direction for AI transformation across Quantium, building and iterating a rapidly evolving roadmap that balances quick wins with systemic capability building

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that turns our internal AI transformation into a compelling proof-point for clients - packaging accelerators, toolkits and methodologies into client-ready offerings alongside Consulting and Product

Build and champion the investment case for AI transformation, demonstrating measurable ROI and strategic value to executive leadership

Oversee the design, delivery and scaling of AI products and accelerators that solve real organisational challenges - architected for external commercialisation from the outset

Own the measurement framework and change strategy for AI adoption, driving lasting behavioural change across the organisation through champion networks and executive engagement

Build trusted relationships with Executive and Group Executive leaders, and lead and develop a small but high-impact team with curiosity, collaboration and a relentless drive for impact

Influencer, not authority figure: You have one direct report. Everything else gets done through relationships and trust - you navigate complexity with diplomacy and bring people on the journey even when change is uncomfortable.

Pragmatic transformation leader: You've been in a consulting organisation, and you've worked inside a complex one. You know that frameworks don't move organisations - implementation discipline and stakeholder trust do.

Commercially minded: You see the connection between internal transformation and external value. You've built business cases that win executive approval and you can articulate value in the language of business - revenue, ROI, competitive differentiation and client impact.

Systems thinker with genuine AI fluency: You're not building the AI tools yourself, but you understand what makes them work - data quality as the foundation, UX considerations, how systems connect, how to evaluate what's actually landed.

10+ years across consulting, organisational transformation, technology advisory, product management, or related fields with progressive leadership responsibility

Demonstrated experience setting strategic direction for a function or practice area and translating strategy into execution

Track record of leading transformation initiatives that delivered measurable commercial and organisational outcomes

Experience operating in ambiguous, greenfield environments - building functions, capabilities, or offerings from scratch

Strong commercial acumen with experience developing business cases, financial models, and articulating ROI at executive level

Proven ability to influence Executive and C-suite stakeholders without direct authority, with exceptional communication and facilitation skills across boards, clients and industry forums
