We’re ALL in on AI — transforming ourselves into an AI-native organisation while helping our clients do the same. With 23 years of domain expertise, proprietary data partnerships, and industry-leading AI adoption (90% weekly active usage).
The Product Analytics team has embraced AI-native ways of working across our analytical workflows, and we’re now moving from adoption to transformation — systematically advancing our analytical assets through an agentic maturity framework we designed ourselves.
Our team operates across three domains:
- Retail Products — Building and operating Quantium’s global flagship analytics products including Q.Checkout and Q.Scan
- AI Client — Embedding with clients to deliver transformational AI programmes, bringing Quantium’s analytics and AI capability directly into partner organisations
- AI Enablement — Rethinking how we operate as an analytics function, driving the tools, frameworks, and practices that make AI-native delivery the default
As an Analyst, you’ll be a collaborative technical contributor working within cross-functional teams alongside Product Leads, Delivery Managers, and engineers across Australia, India, the UK, and North America. You’ll build your foundations in data science, Python, and SQL while learning to combine them with AI tools that are central to how the team operates. This isn’t a team where AI is a side interest — it’s how we work.
How You’ll Create Impact
- Build analytical solutions using AI-native workflows, learning to move from simple AI assistance through to more sophisticated agentic approaches
- Contribute to progressing analytical assets and workflows along the team’s agentic maturity framework, with guidance from senior team members
- Develop the skill of critically evaluating AI-generated outputs — learning when to trust, refine, or override
- Use AI tools daily to enhance your analytical workflows and support team productivity
- Work with data extraction, cleaning, and quality assessment across datasets using cloud platforms (GCP, BigQuery) and modern data tools
- Apply data science methods including feature engineering, model development, and testing with attention to quality
- Create specifications for analytics work that engineering teams can implement
- Develop approaches that can be scaled and reused across different business challenges
- Contribute to product development, day-to-day operations, and continuous improvement of team processes and methods

Analytical thinking: A systematic approach to problem-solving with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical approaches — and to make the complex simple.
Collaborative spirit: Good communication skills for working with diverse teams across different locations and time zones, with the self-awareness to work independently while knowing when to ask for support.
