As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our Executive Manager HRBPs to design and deliver people initiatives that enable Quantium to grow, embed our values, and build a high-performance culture. Operating across a complex, matrixed global organisation, you'll bring a cross-market lens to everything from workforce planning to employee relations, and play a meaningful role in our "All in on AI" people agenda.

How will you make an impact?

This is a hands-on partnering role where you'll be trusted to coach and advise leaders on the full spectrum of people matters — from performance and ER through to culture, change, and capability building. You'll help shape and deliver people plans for your vertical(s), connect the dots between resourcing, mobility and talent acquisition, and bring genuine rigour to our signature people processes.

You'll also take a lead role in a key continuous improvement initiative, contributing to how the P&C team evolves its own ways of working. And you'll role-model what it looks like to bring an AI-curious, solutions-focused mindset to HR practice — experimenting with new tools and approaches to deliver more impact for our people and leaders.

The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team: 

• HRBP expertise: Substantial experience in a generalist HRBP role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment — tech, professional services, FMCG or similar — with confidence to partner up to Executive level
• ER and people capability: Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters, lead workplace investigations, and build leader capability in performance, talent and inclusion
• Data-driven approach: Comfortable using workforce analytics to identify trends, inform action planning and measure the impact of people initiatives
• AI curiosity: A genuine interest in applying AI to HR practice, with a willingness to experiment and role-model an AI-centric mindset within the team
• Communication and influence: A clear, straight-talking communicator who can navigate complexity and ambiguity across a matrixed, multi-geography environment
