As an Executive Manager, HRBP, you will be a strategic partner, coach and advisor to members of the Group Executive team, driving our People & Culture agenda with a focus on organisational design, strategic workforce planning, and change management. This is a high-impact senior role at the heart of Quantium's ambition to build a world-class, AI-first organisation.

How will you make an impact?

As a trusted partner to Group Executives and their leadership teams, you'll shape the people strategies that power Quantium's growth. You will lead our "All in on AI" people agenda — ensuring we have the talent, capabilities, and culture to thrive in an AI-driven world.

You'll bring strategic rigour and commercial instincts to everything from workforce planning and organisational design to change leadership and performance. Alongside this, you'll lead, mentor and develop a team of Lead HRBPs, building a high-performing HR Business Partnering function that is genuinely central to our success.

Your remit will span coaching executives on complex people matters, driving listening strategies, championing our signature people processes, and partnering with our Centres of Excellence to deliver vertical people plans. And crucially, you'll role-model AI curiosity — reimagining how we deliver value to our people and our clients.

The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:

• Strategic HR leadership: 10+ years' HR experience and a proven track record of influencing at c-suite level
  
• Change leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cultural transformation and change initiatives, including AI-powered transformation programs
• AI curiosity: A genuine passion for applying AI and technology trends to HR practice, and the ability to role-model this for your team and stakeholders
• Communication and influence: A clear, concise communicator who can cut through ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders across a matrixed global organisation, and bring people along on the journey
• Commercial acumen: Ability to translate people strategy into tangible commercial outcomes, with experience in fast-paced growth organisations across technology, professional services or similar industries
