About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Quantium's Sydney Global Head Office as a Corporate Receptionist on a part-time basis (2 days per week). You will be the face of Quantium — the first impression for clients, partners, and candidates who walk through our doors.

Working alongside a fellow receptionist and the wider operations and administrative teams, you will take pride in professionally representing Quantium while managing a dynamic, fast-paced front-of-house environment. A customer-centric disposition and exceptional attention to detail will see you succeed in this role.

How will you make an impact?

Be the face of Quantium: Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors — clients, partners and candidates — ensuring every interaction reflects our values and professionalism

Run a seamless front of house: Manage daily reception operations including phone handling, visitor registration, meeting room setup and security protocols

Keep us connected: Coordinate communications across internal and external stakeholders, handling all queries with professionalism and care

Support the team: Assist with catering coordination, mail and courier services, supply management, corporate gifting, and ad hoc operations support

Maintain our standards: Ensure meeting rooms, the reception area, and client kitchen are immaculately presented and fully operational at all times

The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:

Experienced professional: Demonstrated experience in a similar reception or corporate administration role, ideally within a professional services, technology, or corporate environment

Customer-first mindset: A genuine warmth and customer-centric attitude with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented: Very high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously

Adaptable and organised: Ability to prioritise rapidly changing task lists and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

Confidential and trustworthy: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all matters and interactions

Tech savvy: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with visitor management systems is a bonus

Remember — you might not tick all the boxes, but don't let that stop you from applying. We're more interested in how you work, your ability to solve problems and connect with people.
