How will you make an impact? 

This is an exciting opportunity to join Quantium's People & Culture team as our Lead, Learning and Leadership Development — a role at the centre of how we grow capability across our global organisation. You will design, develop and implement impactful learning programs that shape the mindset and skills of our people, from graduates through to senior leaders, in a company that is all in on AI.

At Quantium, learning isn't just a function — it's a strategic lever. In this role, you'll be the person who brings it to life.

You'll work closely with our business leaders and People & Culture team to figure out what our people need to grow, then design and deliver the programs that get them there. That means getting into the weeds of instructional design one day, and facilitating a leadership offsite the next. You're comfortable with both, and you know how to move between the two.

AI is changing the way we learn, and you'll be at the forefront of that. You'll bring genuine curiosity about how generative AI can make learning smarter — not just as a talking point, but woven into how you work every day. At the same time, you'll be an advocate for the human elements of development that no technology can replace.

You'll manage projects, vendors and stakeholders with equal ease, and you'll use data to show what's working and keep improving what isn't. You're not waiting to be told what to do — you see the opportunity and you go after it.

The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:

• Senior L&D experience: 6-7+ years in a similar senior learning and development role, delivering impactful programs in a fast-paced, high-growth or high-change environment
• Instructional design expertise: Proven experience designing and building end-to-end learning programs, with strong instructional design skills and the ability to create visually engaging content
• Facilitation skills: Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging and impactful live learning experiences, both in person and virtually, across all levels of an organisation
• Stakeholder influence: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a hands-on, consultative approach and the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
• AI fluency: Curiosity and confidence in applying AI tools to learning design and delivery, with a commitment to staying ahead of emerging trends in L&D and technology
