Senior Client Partner - CommbankIQ

Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

Who is Quantium?

Quantium is a world leader in data science and artificial intelligence. Established in Australia in 2002, Quantium is a global team of more than 1,200 people across 14 locations with a unique blend of capabilities across product and consulting services to help businesses unlock value from data and analytics. Quantium partners with the world's largest corporations to forge a better, more intelligent world.

We're ALL in on AI - transforming ourselves into an AI-native organisation while helping our clients do the same. With 23 years of domain expertise, proprietary data partnerships, and industry-leading AI adoption (90% weekly active usage).

As our Senior Client Partner -  you'll play a pivotal role in embedding CommBank iQ as a long-term strategic partner to Australia's leading organisations. This isn't transactional selling - it's about building deep partnerships, driving product adoption, and ensuring  clients consistently realise value from our iQ product suite.
You'll sit at the intersection of account management, customer success and partnership, working closely with leading organisations, platforms to embed products like Pitch iQ, Measure iQ, Segments iQ and Enrich iQ into commercial planning, sales enablement and measurement workflows.

How You'll Create Impact;
  • Own a portfolio of established clients end-to-end, acting as the primary relationship lead and building trusted connections across sales, insights, strategy, marketing and senior leadership teams
  • Deeply embed CommBank iQ products into client planning cycles, go-to-market activity and decision-making - becoming integral to how they operate, sell and measure success
  • Translate product outputs into clear commercial narratives that support monetisation, outcomes and sales enablement
  • Own renewals and account health, driving sustainable growth through deeper product adoption rather than transactional selling
  • Proactively identify risks to adoption or value delivery and intervene early, balancing commercial outcomes with long-term partnership trust
  • Act as a strong advocate for client needs internally, contributing to product and delivery priorities through clear feedback and use-case development
  • Coordinate across analytics, product, delivery and governance teams to ensure seamless execution for your clients

The Superpowers You'll Be Bringing To The Team
  • Partnership depth: You don't manage accounts - you embed yourself in them. You understand your clients' commercial models, audience strategies and data maturity so well that you become an extension of their team.
  • Commercial translation: You move fluently between data, insights and business value. Whether explaining product outputs to a sales team or articulating advertiser outcomes to senior leadership, you make the complex commercially compelling.
  • Proactive stewardship: You don't wait for problems to surface. You anticipate risks to adoption, spot opportunities for expanded use cases, and maintain momentum through early intervention and consistent value delivery.
  • Stakeholder fluency: You're equally comfortable in a working session with an insights analyst and a strategic conversation with a Chief Commercial Officer. You build trust at every level.

Required Experience and Capabilities
  • 4–7 years' experience in account management, client partnerships or customer success roles
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with both day-to-day operators and senior leaders
  • Track record of driving product adoption and delivering tangible commercial value for clients
  • Ability to translate data, insights or product outputs into clear commercial narratives
  • Experience managing renewals and account health across a client portfolio
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Commerce, Marketing or related discipline)
Highly regarded:
  • Experience with analytics, insights, measurement or data platforms
  • Experience managing long-term, subscription-based products or platforms
  • Familiarity with advertiser measurement, attribution or audience segmentation use cases
