How will you make an impact?

As our Global Graduate Recruitment Lead, you'll drive Quantium's end-to-end graduate recruitment strategy across Australia, India, the UK and South Africa. This is a high-ownership, senior role that sits at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery — and you'll have the platform and the autonomy to genuinely shape how we attract the next generation of talent globally.

You'll lead our campus presence and society partnership strategy, and manage relationships with university partners and vendors. Working closely with the Analytics and Engineering communities, you'll design and evolve our assessment processes and present location-based hiring plans directly to senior Executives. At the heart of it all, you'll be Quantium's primary brand ambassador across university communities — the person who brings our story to life for the next generation of data and AI talent.

Building and nurturing strong relationships is central to this role. You'll enjoy collaborating with a wide range of people — from campus societies and assessment partners through to senior stakeholders across the business — and you'll take genuine pride in keeping those connections warm, responsive and impactful.

You'll bring a proven track record managing the full graduate recruitment lifecycle, with the kind of natural relationship-building skills that make people excited to work with you. You're a confident communicator who's comfortable in senior Executive conversations, brings genuine SME perspective to the table, and knows how to influence without direct authority.

You love staying across the market — benchmarking, researching, and bringing fresh thinking to how Quantium can keep its graduate program best-in-class. A data-driven approach, commercial acumen, and experience with ATS platforms and assessment tools will all set you up for success, and a genuine interest in AI-driven recruitment innovation will help you shine. Experience across multiple markets and geographies is a bonus.
