This is a senior leadership opportunity at the intersection of AI innovation and client impact. As Executive Manager, Technical AI Client Solutions, you will hold accountability for a portfolio of AI engagements — from business development through to successful client delivery — operating as a trusted strategic partner to our most important clients. You will lead, coach and grow a high-performing team of Technical AI Client Solutions Leads, setting the conditions for them to own their engagements while you maintain visibility and strategic direction across the portfolio. This role sits at the heart of Quantium's ambition to deliver transformational AI solutions at scale.
How will you create impact?
- Portfolio leadership: Set strategic direction and hold accountability for a portfolio of AI solutions — whether across multiple clients or deep within a single strategic account — from business development through to successful client handover
- Client partnership: Own senior client relationships across the portfolio, operating as a trusted strategic partner and executive escalation point, engaging C-suite stakeholders on solution direction and commercial outcomes
- Technical oversight: Lead data science and engineering teams toward cohesive, production-ready solutions — evaluating technical approaches, guiding decisions on AI/ML methods, data pipelines and cloud architecture patterns across AWS, Azure and GCP
- Solution quality: Define requirements and acceptance criteria in partnership with clients and technical teams, balancing cost, speed, technical excellence and business outcomes to ensure robust, scalable delivery
- People development: Build individual and team capability in AI solution delivery, client engagement and commercial acumen — fostering a culture of accountability, psychological safety and continuous learning
The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:
- Leadership experience: A track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in AI, data science or technology consulting environments
- Technical fluency: Ability to engage credibly with data science and engineering teams — understanding the capabilities and constraints of both disciplines, and providing direction on complex solution trade-offs
- Client and commercial acumen: Experience owning senior client relationships, managing commercial performance including pricing, margin and scope — and translating complex AI capabilities into compelling business value propositions
- AI solution delivery: Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end AI or data science solutions to production standards, with experience across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Strategic thinking: Ability to make consequential decisions on solution direction, identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and manage material business risks and trade-offs
