We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale high-impact products across retail, health, government, and financial services.

This role sits at the intersection of platform, product, and data. You’ll work across the full stack to design and deliver robust, production-grade systems that increasingly leverage AI and data capabilities where it makes sense, rather than being purely AI-driven.

You’ll partner closely with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to ship practical, scalable solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real-world engineering problems, contributing to system design, and raising the bar for how we build and deliver software.

How you will make an impact

• Design and build scalable full-stack applications that solve real client and business problems
• Develop clean, reliable backend services and APIs that support high-performance systems
• Build intuitive, well-structured frontends that make complex workflows and data easy to use
• Work with data scientists and product teams to bring data and AI-driven features into production where appropriate
• Contribute to system design and architecture, balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability
• Improve engineering quality through strong coding practices, testing, and thoughtful reviews
• Support and mentor other engineers, contributing to a strong team environment
• Translate ambiguous requirements into clear, practical technical solutions

The superpowers you will bring

• Strong experience building and shipping production software as a full stack or backend-leaning engineer
• Solid fundamentals in system design, APIs, and scalable application development
• Experience with one or more backend languages such as C#, Java, Node.js, or Python
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue) and building usable interfaces
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred, but not essential)
• Strong understanding of data flows, APIs, and integrating external or internal services
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and make pragmatic engineering decisions

Nice to have (not required)

• Exposure to working with data platforms, analytics, or machine learning systems
• Experience integrating AI or data-driven features into applications
• Experience working in consulting, client-facing, or fast-paced delivery environments
