Role summary 

As Lead Product Manager, you'll drive a new AI platform product from hypothesis to market, working in a genuinely 0→1 environment to define what this product becomes. You'll lead discovery to validate our assumptions, shape product strategy with leadership, and drive execution through a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, AI experts and designers. 

You'll validate hypotheses through actual enterprise deployment while balancing discovery rigour with consulting delivery velocity. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads through influence rather than authority, and has built B2B products that didn't have a playbook. 

 

How will you make an impact?

Product Discovery & Strategy 

• Lead customer discovery to validate hypotheses about customer problems, solution fit and willingness to pay 
• Design and execute discovery experiments within active client delivery constraints 
• Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap in partnership with executive leadership

Execution & Delivery 

• Partner with engineering and AI teams to balance technical feasibility, business value and customer desirability 
• Translate customer insights and business strategy into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria 
• Manage complex dependencies across engineering, AI, design and active consulting workstreams 

Stakeholder Leadership 

• Build alignment across functions without formal authority, persuading through data, logic and relationship capital 
• Communicate product strategy and progress to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels 
• Influence technical architecture decisions with senior engineering leaders through product clarity and validated insights 

 

 The superpowers you will bring to the team: 

• Product management: 6-8+ years with demonstrated success building B2B products from hypothesis to commercial launch 
• Startup or scale-up: experience in agile, fast-moving environments without a defined playbook 
• AI/data products: comfort working with AI models, data platforms, APIs and technical product concepts 
• Stakeholder management: successfully influenced technical decisions without formal authority in matrixed organisations
