We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who leads through people and stays close to the work.

This is a people-first leadership role with real technical credibility. You’ll build highperforming teams, create clarity and accountability, and ensure delivery is both predictable and sustainable. At the same time, you’ll remain hands-on where it matters contributing to complex work and championing AI-enabled engineering practices to lift productivity and quality.
