As an Analyst in our Product Analytics team, you'll be a collaborative technical contributor working within cross-functional teams to design and deliver analytics solutions that drive product value. You'll apply data science techniques to solve real business problems, working closely with engineers, product specialists, and analysts across our global teams.

This role offers the opportunity to grow your technical expertise while contributing to scalable analytics capabilities. You'll be supported by experienced team members as you build your skills, take ownership of analytical tasks, and develop your understanding of how data and AI can drive meaningful business outcomes.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Design and build analytical solutions using machine learning, statistical modelling, and AI techniques to address business challenges
  • Develop approaches that can be scaled and reused across different business contexts
  • Create specifications for analytics work that engineering teams can implement
  • Work with data extraction, cleaning, and quality assessment across complex datasets
  • Apply data science methods including feature engineering, model development, and testing
  • Use cloud platforms and modern data tools to build effective solutions
  • Use AI tools to enhance your workflows and support team processes
  • Contribute to product development, day-to-day operations, and team standards

The Superpowers You'll Be Bringing To The Team

Technical foundation: Solid Python and SQL skills, hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), and a good understanding of data science fundamentals — data preparation, modelling, and validation.

Required Experience And Capabilities

  • Degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics — or equivalent experience demonstrating strong analytical and technical capability
  • 1–5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or similar technical roles
  • Solid experience with Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation
  • Understanding of data science fundamentals: data preparation, modelling approaches, and validation methods
  • Familiarity with version control and documentation practices
  • Strong analytical thinking and a systematic approach to problem-solving
  • Good collaboration skills for working with diverse teams across different locations
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical approaches
  • A demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools and techniques, and thrive in a fast-moving environment

Desirable

  • Experience with generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) or interest in learning
  • Experience with a major cloud platform — Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure
  • Retail analytics background including consumer behaviour, promotional analysis, or transaction data
  • Experience with experimental design and hypothesis testing
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modelling techniques
