Outsystems Technical Lead

The toolchain itself is AI-powered: an agentic code-generation pipeline, AI-assisted modernisation tooling and AI-native product features, all on a single Source of Truth with human gates wherever work touches production.

 

What you will do...

 

· Design and build a functional and technical system architecture based on business needs and drivers;

· Manage and inspire technical teams;

· Guarantee overall delivery quality and OutSystems best practices;

· Implement third-party integrations with SaaS tools and other systems;

· Interact with client's technical teams to help build a solution seamlessly integrated with legacy systems;

· Ensure non-functional requirements, like, solution performance, scalability and security;

· Manage tasks and technical people according to project needs ensuring efficient, team work and · commitment;

· Manage solution staging life-cycle, conducting QA and production deployments, supporting overall · solution rollout procedures.

Technical Skills  

· 7+ years in full stack development.

· 2+ years in OutSystems technology (ideal).

· Minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Development project with responsibilities of team leading, · architecture and solution design.

· Strong experience in web application development and process design, and project delivery practices · (mandatory).

· Experience and technical skills in architecture patterns, solutions design and web application · performance.

· Worked with a team of people to build an entire product end-to-end.

· Deeply understand relational database systems and schema design, preferably have experience with SQL · Server.

· Created and supported APIs with RESTful APIs, OAuth2 or GraphQL.

· Proficient understanding of web mark-up, including HTML5, CSS3.

· Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks .

· Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

· Degree in computer science or other technical related field.

· Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory).

· Availability to travel.

· Experience in Agile methodologies and SCRUM.
