About the role:
We are hiring a Product Director for our product group that focuses on Kubernetes and container app deployment. Their goal is to make deploying container apps easy and accessible for all application teams. The product group includes several teams, including one that manages our Codefresh product.
Your product teams are based mainly in Israel + Ukraine. If you are not located in Tel Aviv, you will be expected to travel there to spend time with the teams. You will work as part of a collaborative product group leadership team, with three Product Managers reporting to you. You will be supported by an R&D leadership team and peers in the Australia + New Zealand region.
What you'll do:
- Build an understanding of market dynamics in the Kubernetes and container ecosystem through customers, industry leaders and analysts, and product feedback.
- Set product direction and strategy that unlock the wider vision, based on your assessment, aligning your piece of the product story with what we’re telling customers and the market.
- Partner with design and engineering to research potential missions being considered.
- Mentor product managers in product teams, supporting their missions by connecting them with what they need.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Technical Success to gather feedback on adoption and market timing relative to product and roadmap.
- Inspire and excite product teams to do their best work through stories about the purpose and impact of their work.

Your background:
- Has multiple years of experience working on a developer, infrastructure, or enterprise B2B product.
- Has collaborated with industry leaders, customers, marketing, and/or sales to turn feedback into insights that inform strategic and tactical decisions.
- Utilizes qualitative and quantitative research and hypotheses to uncover new opportunities.
- Fosters a highly collaborative approach, aligning executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Represents the product experience, continuously seeking opportunities to engage customers, industry leaders, and analysts.
