If you're ready to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, push into uncharted territory, and do work that genuinely matters, Future Secure AI is the place for you.

About the Role

Future Secure AI is looking for a Head of Product, Core Platform to own the platform on which our AI Co-Workers are built, deployed and run for enterprise customers. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will set the vision, strategy and roadmap for our core platform (FSAI OS) and lead the Senior Product Managers who own its major areas.

The platform is code-first and API-first, and it is deployed within our customers' own cloud environments. Its strength sets how fast we deliver, how far regulated enterprises trust us, and how well AI Co-Workers can be operated and governed in production. This is a senior leadership role focused on building and leading a product function, with direct impact on whether AI Co-Workers reach scale in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the core platform, setting the long-term vision and the mid-term and near-term strategy and roadmaps the business executes against
  • Lead and develop a team of Senior Product Managers across the platform's major areas, including deployment and infrastructure, operations and observability, and agentic AI capabilities
  • Set a high bar for PM hiring and build product craft across the team
  • Maintain a consistent product narrative and decision flow, and make ownership explicit across the platform and adjacent teams
  • Strengthen platform-level product thinking, treating the platform and its APIs, SDKs and libraries as one coherent product for the engineers who build on it
  • Uplift product processes, tooling and ways of working across the team
  • Balance investment across infrastructure, operations and agentic capability, and make trade-offs explicit
  • Hold accountability with the CPO and executive leadership: commit to roadmap outcomes, report progress and surface risk early
  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Delivery, Deployment, Security, Support, Finance and GTM teams, and engage enterprise customers' architecture and security teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a product leadership role managing other PMs
  • Experience owning platform, infrastructure or developer-facing products in a B2B enterprise technology environment
  • Strong technical literacy across cloud-native deployment, identity and access, observability, and APIs and SDKs, with the ability to hold credible conversations with engineers and architects
  • Working understanding of how AI and agentic systems behave at runtime, including evaluation, guardrails and tool use
  • Track record of setting long-term vision and mid-term and near-term strategy and roadmaps from first principles
  • Experience managing accountability with senior and executive leadership
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth environment where the product is still maturing and decisions need judgment as much as data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with software deployed into customer-owned environments, such as self-hosted, private-cloud or hybrid platforms
  • Hands-on familiarity with AWS, Azure and GCP deployment models
  • Experience with control-plane, fleet-management or observability products that serve multiple personas with different permissions
  • Experience selling or delivering to regulated industries such as banking, insurance and healthcare
  • Experience building or scaling a product management team in a scale-up environment
