About the Role

Future Secure AI is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own how AI Co-Workers are operated, observed, and governed once they are running in production for enterprise customers. Your goal is to make every AI Co-Worker built on our platform something that operations teams can run with confidence, security teams can approve, and executives can trust. You will operate as a peer of engineering leadership, with direct impact on whether AI Co-Workers reach scale in regulated industries.

This is a technical, high-autonomy role at the intersection of platform, operations, and enterprise trust. You will work with Platform Engineering, DevOps, Delivery, Security, and Support, and you will spend time with customers to understand what production-grade AI means in their environment. This is a senior individual contributor position reporting to the Head of Product.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for the operational layer of our enterprise agentic AI platform, from day-one deployment through steady-state production
  • Define the experiences and capabilities that give different roles the right level of visibility and control over AI Co-Workers
  • Advance the platform’s governance posture, covering access, auditability, and observability, to meet the bar set by enterprise compliance and security reviews
  • Make our platform fit naturally into the operational and observability ecosystems that enterprise customers already run
  • Drive discovery through customer conversations, production behavior analysis, and prototypes before committing engineering capacity
  • Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can build to, and make trade-offs explicit across a shared roadmap
  • Define and track adoption and quality metrics, and act on what they show
  • Partner with Engineering, Delivery, Security, Finance, Support, and GTM teams to take capabilities from requirement through to customer adoption

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management in a B2B technology environment, with experience owning platform, operations, or technically-facing products
  • Strong technical literacy: comfortable discussing APIs, data pipelines, cloud-native deployments, and identity and access concepts with engineering
  • Working understanding of observability and operational tooling, and how enterprises consume them
  • Experience defining requirements for products used by multiple personas with different permissions and needs
  • Strong written communication; you will write specifications and positioning that others build and sell against
  • Able to work with high autonomy and ambiguity, drive to clarity, and manage several dependent workstreams across teams

Why Join Us?

  • A high-performance culture
  • State-of-the-art technology
  • Experience world-class leadership
  • Scale of impact and purpose
  • A competitive salary and a huge growth trajectory
  • Work with the best in the industry
  • Flexible work environment
  • Diversity and creativity
