  • Driving release planning, production deployments, and go-live activities across multiple teams.
  • Managing delivery schedules, risks, dependencies, and technical blockers to keep programs on track.
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and roadmap reviews.
  • Working closely with engineering leaders, architects, product managers, and executive stakeholders to align priorities.
  • Establishing effective delivery governance, reporting, and operating rhythms across the organisation.
  • Translating business objectives into executable technical delivery plans.
  • Continuously improving delivery processes, execution quality, and organisational efficiency.

What You'll bring:

  • Experience establishing delivery governance and program operating rhythms.
  • Experience translating business strategy into technical execution.
  • Background delivering developer platforms, APIs, AI platforms, or engineering enablement programs.
  • 6+ years' experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, Delivery Leadership, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience delivering complex technical programs from planning through production release.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong experience coordinating cross-functional engineering, architecture, and deployment teams.
  • Experience leading enterprise software releases and production deployments.
  • Strong Agile and Scrum delivery experience.

Why Join Us?

  • A high-performance culture
  • State-of-the-art technology
  • Experience world-class leadership
  • Scale of impact and purpose
  • A competitive salary and a huge growth trajectory
  • Work with the best in the industry
  • Flexible work environment
