Digital Marketing Manager

Sydney

About the Company

At Future Secure AI, we're building something genuinely new — and we're looking for people bold enough to build it with us. We work at the frontier of AI, tackling big, real-world problems for global enterprises across multiple industries, armed with state-of-the-art technology and a culture that prizes courage, rigor, and relentless curiosity. Our BRAVER values aren't just words on a wall — they describe the kind of people we are and the standard we hold ourselves to every day. Our leadership team is entrepreneurial, experienced, and accessible, with an open-door policy that means you'll never be just a number here. We invest seriously in your growth because we know our success depends on yours. If you're ready to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, push into uncharted territory, and do work that genuinely matters, Future Secure AI is the place for you.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and drive FSAI's online presence across two critical pillars: our corporate website and our social media channels.

This role demands an uncommon blend of creativity, logic, people skills and technical precision. You are equally comfortable rebuilding a website from the ground up as you are crafting a compelling LinkedIn campaign, and you thrive at the intersection of brand storytelling and data-driven performance.

As an AI-native organisation, we expect this role to leverage Claude as a core part of the content and website build workflow. Candidates who can demonstrate they have integrated AI tools into their day-to-day digital delivery will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain and continually optimise the corporate website — content, SEO, landing pages, UX and performance
  • Lead content planning and creation across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram and emerging platforms
  • Architect and, where necessary, rebuild the website using a modern CMS, with Claude forming a core part of the delivery approach
  • Uphold brand guidelines across all digital channels, ensuring visual and tonal consistency
  • Monitor performance across web and social, translating data into actionable recommendations
  • Develop and manage a content calendar across website updates, campaigns and product launches
  • Manage community engagement and proactively protect FSAI's digital reputation

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or equivalent (required)
  • Demonstrated fluency with a major CMS platform — WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace or HubSpot — including HTML/CSS; a full site build or rebuild is highly desirable
  • Proven, demonstrable experience using Claude or comparable AI tools to build and ship digital work — this will be verified through portfolio or practical assessment
  • A portfolio showing measurable audience growth, engagement and content quality
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console and social scheduling tools
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across audiences and platforms while maintaining corporate voice
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and graphic design tools such as Canva
  • Sharp attention to detail, a proactive work ethic and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience in a corporate or enterprise environment where discretion and stakeholder management are paramount (highly regarded)
