AI-Driven Digital Experience Manager

Sydney

About the Company

At Future Secure AI, we're building something genuinely new — and we're looking for people bold enough to build it with us. We work at the frontier of AI, tackling big, real-world problems for global enterprises across multiple industries, armed with state-of-the-art technology and a culture that prizes courage, rigor, and relentless curiosity. Our BRAVER values aren't just words on a wall — they describe the kind of people we are and the standard we hold ourselves to every day. Our leadership team is entrepreneurial, experienced, and accessible, with an open-door policy that means you'll never be just a number here. We invest seriously in your growth because we know our success depends on yours. If you're ready to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, push into uncharted territory, and do work that genuinely matters, Future Secure AI is the place for you.

We are creating a new category of AI — AI Co-Workers built for the Red Zone. Our bespoke, enterprise-grade co-workers handle complex, context-specific workflows that simpler agentic tools cannot. We work in true partnership with our customers: no SaaS hand-offs, no black boxes. Most of all, we are Bold, Rigorous, Adaptable, Valued, Earnest and Relentless — BRAVER — and we expect the same from everyone who joins us.

We are looking for a AI-Driven Digital Experience Manager to take on a dual-role position. The bulk of your time will be devoted to owning FSAI's social presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram and any platform worth being on — crafting, scheduling and publishing content that grows our business audience, amplifies our thought leadership, and makes complex enterprise AI feel compelling and human. The remainder of your time will be devoted to managing, evolving and rebuilding our corporate website from the ground up — ensuring every page reflects the calibre and credibility that global enterprises expect from Future Secure AI.

You are equally at home in a CMS as you are in a content calendar. You are a natural storyteller with sharp editorial instincts and genuine technical fluency. You understand SEO not as a checkbox but as a craft. You know what performs on each platform and you adapt without being asked. You notice when something is off — on a webpage or in a feed — and you fix it without being asked. You are highly organised, rigorous in everything you publish, and relentless in your pursuit of improvement across every surface our brand touches. This role reports to the Senior Director of Creative Operations and collaborates closely with senior leadership, subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams.

You will do:

  • Manage and continually optimise the FSAI website — content updates, landing pages, leadership sections, performance monitoring and user-experience improvements — ensuring the site accurately reflects our brand, products and thought leadership at all times.
  • Architect and, where necessary, rebuild the corporate website using a modern CMS or website platform, ensuring mobile responsiveness, accessibility compliance, fast load times in multiple geographies and seamless integration with analytics and marketing-automation tools.
  • Plan, create and schedule content across all FSAI social media channels — LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram and any emerging platform worth being on
  • Implement SEO best practices including keyword research, on-page optimisation and link-building; monitor and report on performance via Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages with professionalism and care, and manage FSAI's digital reputation proactively.
  • Uphold and enforce brand guidelines across every web and social touchpoint — visual and tonal consistency, no exceptions.
  • Track website traffic, campaign performance and social media metrics; translate data into clear, actionable recommendations and continuous content improvements.
  • Develop and manage an integrated content calendar that aligns website updates, blog posts, social content, product launches and thought-leadership moments into a cohesive digital narrative.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm changes and emerging platforms; bring bold, innovative ideas to the team.

You will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline — Marketing, Digital Marketing, Web Design, UX, Visual Arts, Communications or equivalent (required)
  • Demonstrated fluency with at least one major CMS platform (e.g. Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot CMS, Squarespace), including theme customisation, plugi-n management and HTML/CSS capability; a full site build or rebuild is required
  • Proven, hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT or Google Gemini for basic AI workflows.
  • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality web work and social media accounts or pages you have previously managed, with evidence of audience growth, engagement and content quality; experience with health, infrastructure, professional services or enterprise brands is preferred
  • Complete fluency in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Figma) for producing web and social media visual assets.
  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills — you can write for educated, high-stakes audiences, adapt tone and messaging across platforms and formats, and maintain a consistent corporate voice
  • Proficiency with social media management, scheduling and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page optimisation and link-building fundamentals
  • Basic video editing skills in Final Cut Pro X or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Sharp attention to detail, high personal standards and a proactive work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience working in a corporate or enterprise environment where discretion, brand sensitivity and stakeholder management are paramount (highly regarded
