Future Secure AI (FSAI) builds AI Co‑Workers that create real, measurable value by removing friction from how organisations operate and make decisions. We work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, turning advanced AI into outcomes that matter. 

We’re looking for a senior engagement leader with a strong strategy and value‑creation background to own the design and delivery of AI Co‑Workers for enterprise clients. This role is well suited to MBB alumni at Manager or early Principal level who want to move from strategy and analytics into hands‑on AI delivery with real accountability. 

The role 

• You will own client engagements end‑to‑end, from early problem definition and value framing through Proof of Concept, MVP, and production deployment. 

• You will work directly with senior client stakeholders to identify the highest‑value constraints, decisions, or processes that AI can automate, augment, or improve. You will translate strategic intent into concrete AI solutions and delivery plans. 

• You will shape value drivers, success metrics, and roadmaps, ensuring AI Co‑Workers are designed around business outcomes, not just technology capability. 

• You will provide senior direction to delivery teams spanning AI developers, engineering, and QA, prioritising work, managing dependencies, and ensuring high‑quality execution. 

• You will act as the senior FSAI representative for engagements, serving as a trusted advisor on both value creation and delivery execution. 

• You will operate as an owner, not an advisor, accountable for outcomes, pace, and quality. 

What we’re looking for 

We are particularly interested in candidates with: 

• 5–7years experienceat a top‑tier consulting firm 
  • Strong foundation in value creation, problem structuring, and strategic analysis 
  • Comfort working with technology teams and AI concepts, even if not hands‑on coding 
  • Experience translating ambiguous client problems into executable solutions 
  • Confidence working with senior executives and leading complex discussions 
  • Bias toward impact, ownership, and execution over slide production 
  • Curiosity and fluency around AI, automation, and data‑driven decision making 

This role is ideal if you’ve been leading workstreams or engagements in consulting and are now looking to take full ownership of delivery, outcomes, and real‑world impact.
