The Opportunity
As our AI Enablement & Quality Lead, you’ll be the central force driving adoption of AI throughout the organization. You won’t just be teaching people about AI, you’ll be equipping them to build with it, fostering a culture of AI-driven innovation. You will build the scaffolding to enable self-service Agentic workflows, with a focus on high-impact applications across Engineering, QA, Data Science, and AI Engineering. This role requires a blend of technical depth, instructional design, and a passion for helping others succeed in the exciting world of generative AI.
What You'll Do:
- Champion Agentic Development: Lead the charge in building internal expertise in developing and orchestrating autonomous AI agents, going beyond simple LLM use to architect sophisticated, self-directed workflows.
- Curriculum Architect & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs, including tailored curricula, practical playbooks, hands-on labs, and effective pair programming sessions, to upskill teams across multiple functions.
- LLM & Tool Expertise: Be the resident expert on Large Language Models, with a deep understanding of prompt engineering techniques, agentic workflow design, and integration with tools like LangChain and similar orchestration frameworks. Specific experience with Claude Code (skills development, configuration) is highly desired.
- Workflow Identification & ROI Focus: Proactively identify high-potential AI use cases within the enterprise, prioritizing those with the greatest potential for return on investment and impact on key business objectives. Focus on tangible value creation.
- Enable Self-Service AI: Build reusable components, templates, and best practices to lower the barrier to entry for AI development and allow teams to independently build and iterate on Agentic solutions.
- Quality & Refinement: Establish methodologies to assess and improve the quality and performance of Agentic workflows, ensuring they meet our standards for reliability and effectiveness.
- Bridge the Gap: Serve as a technical translator between AI Engineering teams and functional groups, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a technical enablement, consulting, solutions architecture, or similar role focused on emerging technologies.
- LLM Mastery: Proven, practical experience building with LLMs – not just using them. Deep knowledge of prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and integration patterns.
- Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of software development principles and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with API integrations and data pipelines is a plus.
- Training Prowess: Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging, effective technical training programs.
- Platform Background (Highly Desired): Prior experience as a Solutions Architect at leading AI platforms like Anthropic, AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), or similar is a significant advantage.
- Problem Solver: A proactive, results-oriented individual with a knack for identifying opportunities and solving complex challenges.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with MLOps practices and tools.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects.
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles and best practices
