Future Secure AI builds AI Co‑Workers that automate real operational work across enterprise environments. We design systems that move beyond prototypes into secure, scalable, production platforms. Architecture quality and design discipline are foundational to our success.
We are looking for a Solution Architect to design, shape, and guide the technical solutions underpinning AI Co‑Workers across complex client and platform environments. This is a hands‑on architecture role for someone who enjoys translating business needs into robust, cloud‑native, AI‑enabled systems.
The role
• Define end‑to‑end solution architectures that map client business requirements to scalable technical designs
• Design and guide Kubernetes‑based architectures supporting AI and application workloads
• Lead solution design across cloud infrastructure, application services, data flows, and integrations
• Work hands‑on with public cloud services to shape deployable, production‑ready solutions
• Collaborate with engineers, AI developers, and platform teams to ensure architectures are implemented as designed
• Support architecture workshops and design sessions with internal teams and client stakeholders
• Ensure solutions align with SDLC practices from design through build, test, deployment, and operation
• Design application and system architectures spanning APIs, services, and multi‑component systems
• Contribute to platform engineering efforts that enable teams to build and operate AI Co‑Workers efficiently
• Balance technical excellence with pragmatism, cost, scalability, security, and delivery speed
Must have criteria
• Hands‑on Kubernetes experience designing, building, or operating workloads on EKS, AKS, GKE, or self‑managed Kubernetes
• Hands‑on experience with at least one public cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Professional experience using at least two programming or scripting languages such as Python, Java, Go, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Ruby, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle including CI/CD, testing, deployment, and operation
• Demonstrated Solution Architect experience defining solutions that translate business needs into technology designs
• Application architecture experience designing services, APIs, and multi‑component software systems
• Platform engineering experience building or operating platforms that enable other teams or customers
Should have criteria
• Hands‑on Terraform experience for infrastructure provisioning and automation
• Hands‑on Helm experience for Kubernetes application deployment
• More than five years of relevant professional experience
• Exposure to enterprise or domain‑wide architecture, including standards, roadmaps, or governance
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior or cross‑functional stakeholders
• Experience contributing to complex or high‑stakes engagement scenarios such as large programmes, multi‑vendor delivery, or regulated environments
Preferable criteria
• Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, GCP, CKA, CKAD, DevOps, DevSecOps, or programming certifications
• Strong DevOps or DevSecOps experience, including CI/CD ownership, security practices, and infrastructure automation as a primary responsibility
