The Role

We’re searching for a Delivery Lead who brings structure, foresight, and technical fluency to complex delivery environments. If you thrive in cross‑functional settings, enjoy creating clarity, and operate confidently in fast‑paced, AI‑enabled organisations, this role is built for you.

You will lead:

• End‑to‑end delivery across multiple Use Case teams
• Predictive risk and blocker identification — before they hit
• Scalable, reusable delivery systems that improve with every cycle
• Cross‑team alignment across Product, Engineering, and Business
• Technical triage across platforms, integrations, and workflows

This role is not about:

• Simply moving tickets on a board
• It’s about orchestrating real progress, ensuring momentum, and delivering with precision.
