The Opportunity

We're looking foe a Senior Scrum Master to be the driving force behind our Agile delivery. You'll lead ceremonies, coach teams, clear blockers and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment where you'll deliver high-quality results.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.

• Coach and Mentor Teams on Scrum best practices and continuous improvement.

• Identify and resolve obstacles or bottlenecks that impede the team's progress.

• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to keep priorities sharp and delivery on track. 
  
  

Your application should demonstrate 

Ideally, you are a Senior Scrum/Delivery Lead professional who has managed multiple projects at one-time, and led small to large tech teams. You are a people person who can drive results, consistent organisation and planning, and juggle priorities effectively.

• A track record successfully delivering concurrent projects.

• Strong understanding of Scrum, and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira or Confluence

• Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is a plus.
