Business Operations

Skills Required:

• Strong foundation in business strategy, operations management, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools – Notion, Airtable, Power BI, Tableau, Google Sheets (advanced), and Looker Studio.
• Familiarity with AI-driven productivity tools – ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Notion AI, and Excel Copilot.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks – Agile, Scrum, OKRs, and Kanban.
• Experience with automation and workflow optimization using Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or Retool.
• Understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and unit economics.
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Odoo) and internal data systems.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams – engineering, marketing, design, and leadership.
• Awareness of AI-enhanced operational analytics and predictive decision-making tools (Cogram, Akkio, Pigment).
• Bonus: Exposure to startups, venture operations, or emerging tech sectors like AI, robotics, biotech, or crypto.
