Social Media / Community Manager

Bengaluru (onsite)

Skills Required:

  • Deep understanding of social platform ecosystems – Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit.
  • Expertise in AI-driven content creation and scheduling tools – Notion AI, Typefully, Metricool, Later, Buffer, and FeedHive.
  • Proficiency in AI content ideation, editing, and repurposing with ChatGPT, Jasper, OpusClip, and Descript.
  • Knowledge of visual content tools like Canva Pro, Figma, Leonardo AI, Midjourney, and Runway ML.
  • Experience building and managing online communities, especially on Discord, Telegram, and Slack.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, social insights, and growth automation tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite Insights, Sprout Social, and Dash Hudson).
  • Strong communication skills – ability to write with clarity, authenticity, and conviction.
  • Awareness of emerging digital culture – crypto, AI, biotech, robotics, and the creator economy.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI agents for engagement automation, or social storytelling frameworks.
