The work is the kind people actually want on their CV: agent-first platforms running national field operations at around 90% automation, electric vehicle operating systems for everything from cars to trucks and buses, AI making real operational decisions in regulated industries, and rescues of platforms other teams couldn't deliver. And for the right businesses we go further. We unlock them: we build new products we come up with together, and we bring in capital through equity or debt to fund the growth those initiatives create.

Our founders have built energy flex markets, led transactions of billion-dollar businesses, and built software agencies that consistently deliver engineers in the top 3% globally. That pedigree shapes how we think, how we work, and what we expect from the people who join us.

The role

This is not a strategy-and-slideware role. We don't need someone to brief agencies, manage a content calendar and present quarterly plans. We need a doer: someone who writes the copy, builds the campaign, ships it, checks the numbers, and goes again.

You'll own the 10x Labs marketing engine end to end and report to the Director of Strategic Growth and Partnerships. We have genuinely great stories to tell: AI running national operations, platforms rescued from the brink, businesses we've helped unlock and scale. Your job is to turn those stories into pipeline. You'll work directly with the founders and the sales team, and your output will be visible in revenue, not vanity metrics.

What you will do

  • Own and run the whole marketing engine: website, LinkedIn, campaigns, case studies, events
  • Write copy that sounds like us: straight, sharp, no corporate filler
  • Build and ship campaigns that generate real pipeline for sales, then report honestly on what worked and what didn't
  • Turn client wins into case studies, talks and content that opens doors
  • Run our employer brand alongside the commercial one: careers content that pulls top talent in
  • Use AI tools aggressively to produce more, faster, without dropping quality

What you bring — Required

  • 3+ years of hands-on B2B marketing where you personally wrote, built and shipped the work
  • Strong writing. You'll be asked for examples, and they'll matter more than your resume
  • Campaign mechanics across LinkedIn, meta, email and web, and the analytics to know what's actually working
  • Self-management and pace: you ship weekly, not quarterly
  • A commercial mindset. You measure marketing in pipeline and revenue, not impressions

Strongly preferred

  • Experience marketing complex B2B offerings: tech, services, consulting or agency
  • Practical design chops (Figma or similar) and comfort working in a CMS
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools across the marketing stack
  • Flex market and energy systems experience is always a big bonus

Nice to have

  • Event or community-building experience
  • Video or podcast production skills

Our process is straightforward and moves fast: a short video interview (we know most people hate this — the only people who don't hate it are in sales — but it's an important and necessary step, and if you can't push outside your comfort zone, you're not going to fit in here), then a practical deep-dive on real problems, not puzzles, then a final conversation with the founders. We move quickly for the right person.
