Delivery / Product Manager
About 10x Labs
We wrap our arms around businesses and help them scale. We work with enterprises and fast-growing companies to implement AI strategy, workflow automation, and build custom software. Not as a vendor, but as a genuine partner with skin in the game.
We move at a pace most businesses have never experienced, and we hold ourselves to a standard most agencies can't match. We don't pitch solutions. We sit with our clients, understand where they're stuck, and build the systems that get them unstuck. Quickly and properly.
The work is the kind people actually want on their CV: agent-first platforms running national field operations at around 90% automation, electric vehicle operating systems for everything from cars to trucks and buses, AI making real operational decisions in regulated industries, and rescues of platforms other teams couldn't deliver. And for the right businesses we go further. We unlock them: we build new products we come up with together, and we bring in capital through equity or debt to fund the growth those initiatives create.
Our founders have built energy flex markets, led transactions of billion-dollar businesses, and built software agencies that consistently deliver engineers in the top 3% globally. That pedigree shapes how we think, how we work, and what we expect from the people who join us.
The role
Let's be honest about most PM roles: backlog administration. You inherit a roadmap someone else sold, you groom tickets, you report status, and the real product decisions happen in rooms you're not in. That's not this.
Here, you own product direction for a portfolio of client products. You'll sit with clients as the person shaping where their product goes, run product trios with our engineers and designers, and carry delivery end to end: discovery, roadmap, sprints, shipping. When the client's CEO has a new idea over the weekend, you're the one who works out whether it's brilliant or a distraction, and says so. Straight.
What you will do
- Own product direction for a portfolio of client products: strategy, roadmap, and the calls that keep both honest
- Run product trios with engineers and designers: discovery, feasibility, and shipping something real every week
- Sit with clients, understand where they're stuck, and turn business goals into a roadmap engineers can actually build
- Run delivery end to end: sprints, scope, risk and dependencies, with straight communication and no surprise blowouts
- Make prioritisation calls with commercial context: margin, deadlines and outcomes, not just velocity
- Use AI tools to compress discovery, documentation and reporting so your time goes into judgement, not admin
What you bring — Required
- 4+ years in product management, delivery lead or hybrid roles, ideally across multiple products or clients
- A track record shipping software with engineering teams, from discovery through to live and supported
- Confidence owning client relationships: direction-setting conversations, pushing back, and hard trade-off calls
- Straight, structured communication. You keep clients, engineers and founders aligned without drama
- Comfort running delivery mechanics: sprint planning, scope management, risk and dependency wrangling
Strongly preferred
- Experience in product trio / dual-track discovery ways of working
- Hands-on use of AI tools in your workflow, and experience shipping AI-powered features
- Commercial exposure: pricing, margins, SOWs, and what makes an engagement actually profitable
- Flex market and energy systems experience is always a big bonus
Nice to have
- Enough technical depth to challenge engineers credibly
- Experience rescuing an off-track delivery and living to tell the story
Why this role
Most PMs spend years waiting for real authority over product direction. Here it's the job description. Clients will treat you as the product brain for systems that run their operations, you'll work across energy, field services and regulated industries in the same month, and the founders will back your calls. If you've been managing a backlog and calling it product management, this is the upgrade.
What you get
- A competitive package that reflects the calibre we hire at
- Access to every AI tool on the market (as long as it has passed security) with team support and budget to get you set up and moving fast
- Hard, interesting problems: real scale, real consequences. Not busywork and decks
- Direct access to some of the most experienced operators in the country
- A team that will stretch you, back you, and make you better
The interview process
Our process is straightforward and moves fast: a short video interview (we know most people hate this — the only people who don't hate it are in sales — but it's an important and necessary step, and if you can't push outside your comfort zone, you're not going to fit in here), then a practical deep-dive on real problems, not puzzles, then a final conversation with the founders. We move quickly for the right person.
