About the Role

We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to expand our footprint. You will be responsible for sharpening our sales motion and working directly with business leaders, founders, and operations heads to demonstrate the compelling commercial benefits of partnering with 10x Labs for their custom software, AI strategy, and project recovery needs.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new B2B clients across various sectors (Fintech, Logistics, Retail, Enterprise).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers who are looking to scale their systems, automate workflows, or rescue stalled tech projects.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to scoping workshops and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with our elite engineering and strategy teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and our high-velocity delivery capabilities.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably selling custom software development, digital transformation, or IT consulting services.
  • A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a complex, consultative sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts (like AI integrations, cloud architecture, and MVP development) in plain commercial terms.
  • A hunter mentality with the resilience and drive to succeed in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
